The Col du Lautaret,
2.068 metres, is located on the south side of the Col du
Galibier.
The climb from the west is 34 kilometres long and has
predominantly friendly gradients. The col is known for
its stages in the Tour de France when most riders try to
save their energy before the climb of the Col du
Galibier starts. |
